Trainees gain education, mentorship, and hands-on experience in building client relationships, evaluating needs, and applying investment concepts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four years’ sales or business experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7 & 66; life/health/variable annuity licenses or availability to obtain within timeframe.
• Strong analytical, regulatory knowledge, and client-focused selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop client pipeline through prospecting, networking, and community involvement.
• Manage client relationships and assess financial needs and investment objectives.
• Recommend suitable investment products and coordinate with internal resources.
• Build a book of business aligned with AMP goals and required production.
• Complete program training and obtain licenses within set timeframes.
