Raymond James Financial Advisors is seeking a Financial Advisor Trainee through the Advisor Mastery Program (AMP). The program blends distance learning, apprenticeship, and training at the firm’s headquarters to prepare the next generation of Advisors.

Trainees learn to balance new client development, sales activities, investment management, and compliance under mentors and managers. Upon completion, they may join a team or work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or higher) with minimum of three years of relevant sales or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Meets production targets that impact overall company revenue goals.
• Develops a book of business consistent with AMP program goals.
• Provides high level client service and manages full client relationships.
