Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 3+ years in sales or similar environment preferred.
• Licensing: SIE required (or eligible within 4 months); Series 7 and 66 or ability to obtain within 4 months; Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build an individual advisory practice under mentorship.
• Balance new client development, sales activities, investment management, and client service.
• Provide sound financial advice aligned with client objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
• Develop client pipeline through prospecting, networking, and community engagement.
• Open, transfer, and close client accounts; maintain accurate records.
