Raymond James Financial Advisors is launching the Advisor Mastery Program (AMP), offering distance learning and hands‑on training at the firm's international headquarters. The Financial Advisor Trainee learns to balance new client development, investment management, and client service while preparing to lead a personal practice under mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of relevant sales or business experience.
• Licenses: SIE to be obtained within four months from start.
• Licenses: Series 7 and Series 66 to be obtained within four months from start.
• Licenses: Life, Health and Variable Annuity to be obtained within six months from start.

Responsibilities
