Job summary

Raymond James is offering the Advisory Mastery Program (AMP), a structured development track to prepare trainees for a career as a Financial Advisor. The program provides education, hands-on mentorship, and guidance in both technical and sales skills.

After year one, AMP Advisors are expected to meet production targets contributing to company revenue and client outcomes. Trainees will complete industry licenses within set timeframes, build a client book and develop a robust advisory practice,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of sales or business experience.
Ability to obtain SIE, Series 7 & 66, Life/Health/Variable Annuity licenses within specified timeframes.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop client pipeline by prospecting, networking and building centers of influence.
Manage full client relationship by evaluating needs, holdings and investment objectives.
Recommend suitable investment products and services based on client needs and risk profile.
Collaborate with internal resources to identify opportunities for clients.
Develop a book of business aligned with AMP goals and production targets.
Complete required program training and licensing within prescribed timeframes.
