Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking high-energy individuals for our Accelerator Program as Financial Representative Trainees. You will train in selling Individual Insurance products, build a personal financial practice, and gain mentorship while running your own business.

The program covers licensing, sales process, and a path to independent advisor within 24 months. Earn 36k–75k first year with uncapped incentives, plus a $1000 bonus after trainee period, and a 401(k) plan with company

Qualifications

• Must obtain insurance licenses prior to starting.
• Willing to travel up to 50% within the local metro area.
• Be self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass CRD/FINRA background check at hire; securities licensing within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive program to develop holistic financial advice for clients.
• Gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products and pass a sales process test.
• Develop prospecting skills through networks, events, and social media.
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge and licensing progress.
• Oversee content, proposals, and paperwork flow with field and Home Office.
