The program blends self-study, projects, and mentorship to prepare you to sell Individual Insurance products and build a holistic practice. Participants gain hands-on sales experience, earn potential first-year income of 36k–75k, receive a $1000 bonus after trainee completion, and pursue licenses with support.

Qualifications

• Obtain required insurance licenses prior to starting, up to two attempts for Life and Health.
• Pass CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing; securities licensing within 24 months.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within local metro area.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to provide holistic financial advice and participate in goal-setting sessions.
• Gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products and pass a sales competency test.
• Cultivate prospecting through research, networking, and social media.
• Acquire in-depth understanding of product offerings and demonstrable expertise.
• Oversee content, proposals and paperwork flow to ensure seamless application and underwriting.
