You will gain real sales experience, pursue licenses within 24 months, and receive a $1,000 bonus after trainee completion, plus a compelling early earnings range and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must obtain insurance licenses prior to starting the job.
• CRD/FINRA background check required at hire and ongoing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time in the local metro area.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive program to develop holistic financial advice.
