Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a financial advisor to build and grow a client base through personal and virtual outreach. You will develop personalized financial strategies, work with the branch team, and leverage training programs to grow your practice.

A strong emphasis is placed on client relationships and long-term planning. You will participate in a comprehensive training program, with support from a home-office and regional teams, and can earn through a combination of salary, commissions, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience in securities/financial services.
Financial services and/or sales experience.
FINRA licenses required within three months; SIE (can be obtained without sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66; state licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
Deeply understand clients' needs and create personalized strategies to help them achieve goals.
Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience aligned with policies and regulations.
Engage the branch team to develop and monitor the branch business plan for better results.
Create an engaging, trusting environment in the branch with accountability.
