Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. is seeking a dynamic leader to own novice and experienced advisor recruitment, staff career paths and onboarding for the Territory.

You will partner with Franchise Field Vice President, Franchise Consultants and franchise advisors to drive advisor engagement and practice growth across corporate office and regional initiatives. This remote role requires strategic planning, a strong sourcing strategy, and the ability to guide candidates through sourcing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to work independently with high initiative, while also comfortable working with a team to drive results.
• Ability to create and implement change, drives results, and holds others accountable.
• Strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actions.
• Extensive Project Management experience required, preferably leading onboarding and recruiting projects.
• Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and collaborating/influencing skills in working with all levels of advisors.
• Ability to monitor and service remote and/or multiple office locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high quality, high quantity recruiting and career path effort for Territory.
• Develops and manages a comprehensive diversified sourcing strategy—driving a consistent level of high quality lead flow.
• Screen and interview candidates, present the value proposition, and manage all steps of the process with Franchisee.
• Lead the annual Advisor Business Planning process for the Territory with high participation.
• Drive advisor engagement in Growth Programs and training events.
• Lead onboarding for all new advisor hires and practice acquisitions for the territory.
• Create and manage an onboarding plan customized to each situation.
• Support field leaders and top advisors with staffing and growth requests.
• Coordinate messaging on behalf of local leadership in advisor engagement venues.
• Connect top advisors to tools and resources to troubleshoot issues and growth.
