Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services experience or sales background.
• LICENSING: SIE, Series 7/66 and state licenses.
• Willingness to complete ongoing regulatory training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to attract new clients through in-person and virtual sourcing.
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the business plan.
• Create an engaging branch environment based on trust and accountability.
