Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services is strongly preferred.
• Financial services and/or sales experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Licensing/registration required (SIE, Series 7/66, FINRA, insurance where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized investment strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the business plan.
• Create an engaging environment in the branch built on mutual trust and accountability.
