Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification.
• Professional and/or military career progression.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing (residential, business, referrals, social media).
• Understand clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality, streamlined client experience.
• Engage the branch team to create and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging branch environment built on trust and accountability.
