Edward Jones in the United States is seeking aspiring financial advisors who will build their own practice with the support of a branch team, home-office team, and thousands of colleagues. You’ll gain licensing and registration through the firm’s paid training program and start with a supplemental salary during the first five years as you establish your client base.

As you grow, you’ll have access to a funded branch office, client-facing opportunities, and a clear path to potential commissions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• Financial services licensing, registration, or certification (SIE, Series 7/66) required or pursued.
• Ongoing regulatory training to maintain licenses (FINRA/SEC) and CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients’ needs to create personalized financial strategies to achieve goals.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experiences and compliance with policies.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan for growth.
• Create an engaging, collaborative branch environment with mutual trust and accountability.
