Edward Jones is seeking a financial advisor to build and grow a practice with the backing of branch and regional teams. You’ll serve over time as a trusted advisor, developing comprehensive financial strategies for clients while maintaining regulatory registrations and licenses.

The role includes training commitments, a firm-supported branch, and a networked support structure to help you succeed in a high‑client‑facing environment across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship building and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services with investment products and services.
• Ability to develop personalized financial strategies for clients.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via in-person and virtual sourcing.
• Understand clients' needs to develop personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to implement the branch business plan.
• Create a collaborative, trustworthy branch environment with accountability.
• Complete required training and maintain registrations and licenses.
• Provide a firm-supported branch office in the community.
• Offer client support to ease workload and focus on clients.
• Leverage a broad support network from branch to regional and home office.
