Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Financial services and/or sales experience preferred.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 required; FINRA registrations within three months.
• State insurance licenses and ongoing CE training as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing.
• Understand client needs to develop personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure compliant, high-quality experiences.
• Engage branch teams to execute the branch business plan and goals.
