Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting and one year accounting experience or
• HS diploma/GED with three years accounting experience, or equivalent
• Ability to process high-volume financial adjustments accurately
• Proficient data entry in ACTS and financial reporting support
• Strong attention to detail and administrative backup skills

Responsabilités

• Process financial adjustment requests from local offices and Centralized Collection Agency
• Identify and categorize adjustments for routing, tracking and timely resolution
• Research discrepancies, determine corrective actions, reverse errors as required
• Enter data and adjustment details into ACTS accurately
• Track status to ensure completion within timeframes
• Generate and review financial reports to support monitoring and reconciliation
• Communicate with staff to clarify adjustment needs and resolutions
• Backup receptionist duties: answer phones, emails, and manage worklists
• Maintain documentation for auditing and financial accountability
• Assist Central Operations with additional financial/administrative tasks
