Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Process payroll and ensure tax compliance.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with client projects.
• Assist with year-end close and tax filings as needed.

We are seeking detail-oriented financial accountants who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for multiple clients. Requirements

• We offer a competitive salary and flexible leave. Base compensation is 65K to 75K. We also offer an additional incentive that kicks in between 6 and 12 months and can raise compensation to 80K+.
