Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Visible ability to participate in a 13-week internship program.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer master data and contact information for invoicing and communication.
• Manage customer-specific invoicing requirements, including recipients, contacts, documentation, and international requirements.
• Maintain overview of customer portals and ensure processes and information are available for each customer.
• Create and maintain clear invoicing procedures by customer to document and follow billing requirements.
• Communicate with customers to verify invoicing and payment information and follow up on past-due and upcoming invoices.
