Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program offers a 10- to 12-week internship in Shelton, CT, focusing on Order-to-Cash operations. You will help develop and document processes that improve billing, customer data, and dispute resolution while supporting cross-functional projects.

During the program you’ll gain hands-on experience, work with teams, and present a final project to local management. Must be a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the internship period (May–August 2027).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply skills learned in the classroom to on-the-job experiences.
• Assist with development and documentation of processes and procedures.
• Support Order-to-Cash operations including billing, master data, and deductions.
• Contribute to projects that improve process quality and efficiency.
