Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or demonstrated progress toward a degree) in related field of study (Business Administration, Finance or Accounting)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collection of customers account balances via phone and email contact
• Review, investigate and act upon customer’s deductions in assigned time frame
• Interface with Sales Ambassadors and Brokers to resolve claims as needed
• Perform root cause analysis and interact with cross-functional department peers
• Perform maintenance on customer files within ERP system as needed
• Any other duties as assigned
