Parloa is seeking a Finance Systems Intern in Berlin to help run and improve quote-to-cash systems behind enterprise contracts. You will learn how signed agreements become subscriptions and invoices across SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce, in a 6-month, full-time internship with a dedicated mentor.

This is hands-on work on a modern quote-to-cash stack, with an opportunity to drive an automation project from idea to delivery during the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program for the full duration of the internship.
• Exposure to ERP/billing/CRM systems through coursework or previous roles.
• Willingness to learn JSON payloads or API error messages; some scripting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Help run and improve quote-to-cash systems behind enterprise contracts.
• Configure master data and pricing elements in billing platforms.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations with cross-system data integrity.
