Job summary

ClearGov seeks a hands-on Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to own enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for a growth-stage SaaS business. This role is not purely oversight; you will build, stress-test, and translate the numbers into strategic decisions for the CFO and board.

You’ll partner with executives and business unit leaders, driving models, scenarios, and priorities in a fast-moving environment while shaping the company’s next growth chapter.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership, with hands-on modeling.
• Experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business with ARR, NRR, churn, cohort analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance analytics.
• Build and stress-test financial models; translate numbers into decisions for CFO/board.
• Lead budgeting processes and scenario planning with senior leaders.
• Drive diligence readiness for exits/financings and support strategic transactions.
• Present modeling outputs clearly to executives and the board.
• Prioritize requests from CFO, business leaders, and sponsors.
