Job summary

Accenture Mexico is expanding its Finance Reinvention practice within the Global Network, delivering finance transformation programs for clients across industries. You will design and implement finance solutions, build business cases, and manage end-to-end delivery with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with ERP platforms like SAP and Oracle, plus AI and automation initiatives. You will mentor junior team members and contribute to internal assets while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or industrial engineering with 8+ years in finance transformation or advisory.
• Solid understanding of core Finance functions: accounting, treasury, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, master data.
• Experience leading end-to-end transformation projects including operating model redesign and finance org design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement finance solutions leveraging best practices and technology integration.
• Build and develop value business cases to support transformation journeys for productivity and cost improvements.
• Manage project delivery activities ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Establish continuous communication with project stakeholders (internal and external).
• Guide and develop junior team members to ensure day-to-day quality of work.
• Assist in managing process transitions and knowledge transfers.
