Amazon seeks a Finance Transformation Program Manager in the WW Ops FP&A group to drive initiatives that automate financial processes, improve reporting, and enable faster, more accurate decision-making. The role partners with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and communicates progress to leadership at every stage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs end-to-end, from identifying process improvement and transformation opportunities through implementation.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline financial processes, reporting, and analytics.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable process and system solutions.
• Evaluate, pilot, and embed AI and ML tools into financial workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and depth.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Finance, Technology, and business teams.
• Distill program status, risks, and decisions into concise narratives for senior leadership.
• Drive alignment across competing priorities and keep cross-functional partners engaged and accountable.
