Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to join the Accounting Automation Services (AATS) team. You will own end-to-end project lifecycle from planning through delivery, partnering with accounting, finance, and technology teams to drive scalable automation across the WW Accounting organization.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance controllership and reduce manual work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage lifecycle activities from planning & strategy to stakeholder engagement for multiple projects.
• Define requirements and collaborate to design, implement and launch scalable solutions.
• Design processes and procedures that scale with growth and geographic dispersion.
• Communicate new/updated programs to leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with system and business owners to ensure process excellence and controllership.
• Identify opportunities in process, technical, and human interfaces and implement plans.
