Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Worldwide Operations FP&A Transformation Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives across planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to design scalable tools and processes that drive efficiency and better decision making.

Ideal candidates combine FP&A expertise with transformation and program management skills to deliver strategic initiatives, quantify savings, and shape the future state of FP&A systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives that improve FP&A efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes; develop roadmaps.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Finance Systems, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable tools.
• Drive implementation of planning, reporting, and analytics solutions including design, testing, deployment, and change management.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards providing actionable insights into performance and risks.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation and deliverables.
