Job summary

Amazon is seeking a strategic Finance Transformation professional for WW Ops FP&A to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of FP&A processes. You will partner with Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable tools and solutions, owning cross-functional projects and shaping the operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytic field.
• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL, large-scale data mining and reporting tools, and financial systems

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives that improve FP&A processes (planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, management reviews).
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes; develop business cases and roadmaps.
• Translate finance requirements into scalable tools, systems, and solutions with stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of planning, reporting, analytics solutions (requirements gathering, design, test, deployment, change management).
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reporting for insights into performance, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation, managing timelines and dependencies.
• Quantify cost savings, productivity gains, and business value of transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Establish continuous improvement mechanisms to monitor adoption and outcomes.
