Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's AWS Applied AI Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive high-visibility AI initiatives across Finance Global Business Services. You will translate complex AI programs into clear narratives for senior leadership and steer cross-organizational alignment.

You will design operating rhythms, manage risks, and partner with engineering teams to deliver measurable impact for AWS customers and the finance organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
• 1+ years of experience working closely with AI/ML engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own AI transformation visibility initiatives across FGBS.
• Translate AI initiatives into clear narratives for non-technical audiences and executives.
• Prepare and present updates to VP+ leadership, driving decisions and actions.
• Build relationships across multiple teams to drive alignment, remove blockers.
• Support CFO Engagement program coordination and speaker prep.
• Identify risks and scope solutions to prevent roadblocks.
• Create and maintain program docs, rhythms, and communications.
