Amazon.com Services LLC's AWS Applied AI Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive high-visibility AI initiatives across Finance Global Business Services. You will translate complex AI programs into clear narratives for senior leadership and steer cross-organizational alignment.

You will design operating rhythms, manage risks, and partner with engineering teams to deliver measurable impact for AWS customers and the finance organization.

Qualifications

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
1+ years of experience working closely with AI/ML engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and own AI transformation visibility initiatives across FGBS.
Translate AI initiatives into clear narratives for non-technical audiences and executives.
Prepare and present updates to VP+ leadership, driving decisions and actions.
Build relationships across multiple teams to drive alignment, remove blockers.
Support CFO Engagement program coordination and speaker prep.
Identify risks and scope solutions to prevent roadblocks.
Create and maintain program docs, rhythms, and communications.
