Dreams 2 Reality Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Finance Transformation to lead multiple workstreams and drive the future-state TOM for Finance. You will partner with senior Finance leadership, coordinate cross-functional resources, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include building detailed project plans, governance, executive updates, and risk management across regions while ensuring alignment with transformation objectives and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of project management experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience leading finance transformation, PMO, or enterprise programs.
• Strong governance, risk management, and executive reporting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support Finance Transformation projects and workstreams across regions.
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate resources and communicate objectives, milestones, and actions to teams and stakeholders.
• Provide governance, risk, issue management, and executive updates throughout the program.
