MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group in Urbandale, Iowa is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager – Finance to lead a Finance Transformation program within a large enterprise setting. The role is hybrid (on-site Monday to Wednesday), full-time, and contract-based (W2) for 18 months, reporting to the Project Lead and coordinating cross-functional work streams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, a Finance or Accounting background, and a proven ability

Formación

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience leading Finance Transformation or Finance PMO initiatives.
• Finance or Accounting background.
• Experience coordinating multiple enterprise projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication skills and strong Microsoft 365 expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support work streams within the Finance Transformation program, ensuring successful transitions and integration.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs, communicating activities and dependencies across regions and functions.
• Select and use implementation documentation, including toolkits and migration schedules.
• Design strategic documents: business cases, assessments, communication plans and detailed project plans.
• Present project updates to senior Finance leadership and facilitate problem solving and decision making on key items.
• Follow project controls, manage deliverables, mitigate risks, escalate and ensure the change control process works across functions.
