Job summary
Dreams 2 Reality Recruitment is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Finance Transformation to lead and coordinate complex, enterprise-scale initiatives. You will drive multi-region workstreams across people, process, technology, and real estate to deliver the Future State TOM for Finance.
You will partner with senior Finance leadership and cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and risks while maintaining momentum in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of Project Management experience in complex, enterprise settings.
- Experience leading Finance Transformation, Finance PMO, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple locations or functions.
- Strong governance, risk management, and executive reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple Finance Transformation projects and workstreams across regions and functions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate resources across dispersed locations and functional teams.
- Communicate objectives, milestones, risks, and actions to teams and stakeholders.
- Drive projects to successful completion while aligning with transformation strategy.
- Support governance, reporting, prioritization, and execution across the PMO portfolio.
