Job summary

Calfus Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Project and Program Manager in Boise, ID to lead strategic finance initiatives and agentic AI programs that align with business goals.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, forecast outcomes, and drive change management while delivering measurable business results over a six-month contract with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience with a proven delivery record.
• Experience with agentic AI solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results.
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong business and financial knowledge for Finance processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder influence.
• Proactive approach and sense of urgency to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, transformation, and AI programs within Finance.
• Partner with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• Drive alignment on deliverables and timelines with strong leadership.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and ensure timelines are met.
• Resolve conflicts and issues to achieve outcomes within timeframes.
• Identify risks and propose actions to address them.
• Provide regular updates to Finance leadership on key decisions.
• Manage resource planning and change management activities.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and training as needed.
• Promote continuous process improvement and operational readiness.
