Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance PMO to drive strategic transformation and AI-enabled automation across global Finance teams. You will partner with IT, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to align initiatives with corporate objectives and deliver executive-level reporting.

The role requires 8+ years in Strategy/Operations/FP&A or Consulting and a strong track record in cross-functional programs and executive storytelling. Hybrid work model in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in Strategy/Operations/FP&A or Consulting, incl. 3+ years supporting senior executives.
• Experience leading company-wide strategic planning and cross-functional programs.
• Strong communication and executive storytelling for CFO/CIO audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage Corporate Finance programs across global teams.
• Lead annual strategic alignment and goal execution with Finance partners.
• Drive AI automation initiatives and scalable finance transformation.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
