Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance PMO to drive strategic transformation across global FP&A. You will partner with the SVP of Corporate Finance and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track large-scale programs, enabling AI-driven automation and scalable insights.

Hybrid work model (two days in-office per week) and cross-team leadership are core. You will define processes, align annual plans, and report progress to senior leadership while building finance-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in Strategy, Operations, FP&A, or Management Consulting with senior exec exposure.
• Experience leading company-wide strategic planning cycles and cross-functional programs.
• Outstanding communication and executive storytelling abilities.
• Proven track record of finance-led transformation and tech-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define roles, map processes, and identify bottlenecks across Finance.
• Lead annual strategic alignment and monitor company plans.
• Execute and track corporate finance goals and initiatives.
• Run cross-functional programs with IT, Engineering, Sales, and global Finance.
• Drive AI automation and scalable solutions across FP&A and enterprise functions.
