Confidential Search – High-Growth Advisory Firm in Boston seeks a Managing Director to lead the OCFO advisory practice, driving finance transformation initiatives for Fortune 1000 clients.

You will shape operating models, redesign key finance processes, and deploy ERP/EPM and analytics solutions while mentoring teams and growing client relationships in a hybrid, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in finance transformation, finance operating model design, shared services or performance improvement.
• Background in Big 4 or top-tier advisory firms is expected.
• Exposure to finance technology enablement (ERP, EPM, automation, analytics).
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence at CFO/Controller level.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation workstreams across strategy, operating model design, and execution.
• Partner with CFOs and finance leadership to define target operating models, governance, and performance metrics.
• Redesign core finance processes across R2R, O2C, and P2P.
• Support deployment of ERP, EPM, automation, AI, and analytics solutions.
• Drive delivery across multi-workstream programs with quality and timelines.
