Neos Talent is seeking a Partner to lead and grow its OCFO advisory practice in Boston. This high-impact role focuses on finance strategy and transformation, partnering with CFOs to modernize operating models, processes, technology, and talent.

You will drive end-to-end finance transformations across R2R, O2C, and P2P, shape client engagements, mentor teams, and help the firm expand with strong deal flow, equity upside, and a hybrid, remote-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in finance transformation, finance operating model design, shared services, or performance improvement.
• Background in Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm.
• Strong network in the Boston market and Finance technology enablement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation workstreams across strategy, operating model design, and execution.
• Partner with CFOs to define target operating models, governance, and performance metrics.

A high-growth consulting firm is seeking a Partner to join and grow its expanding Office of the CFO (OCFO) advisory practice.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Partner to lead and grow the practice within the Finance Strategy and Transformation team. This leader will work at the forefront of finance transformation, helping CFOs modernize their finance organizations by driving improvements across operating models, processes, technology, and talent. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the finance function for Fortune 1000 clients, delivering sustainable improvements in performance, efficiency, and insight.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation workstreams across strategy, operating model design, and execution
• Partner with CFOs and finance leadership to define target operating models, governance, and performance metrics
• Redesign core finance processes across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay (R2R, O2C, P2P)
• Support deployment of ERP, EPM, automation, AI, and analytics solutions
• Drive delivery across multi-workstream programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on finance strategy and performance improvement
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and client relationship growth
• Mentor and develop junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm
• 15 years’ experience in finance transformation, finance operating model design, shared services, or performance improvement
• Knowledge and a network in the Boston market
