Job summary

Neos Talent is seeking a Partner to lead and grow its OCFO advisory practice in Boston. This high-impact role focuses on finance strategy and transformation, partnering with CFOs to modernize operating models, processes, technology, and talent.

You will drive end-to-end finance transformations across R2R, O2C, and P2P, shape client engagements, mentor teams, and help the firm expand with strong deal flow, equity upside, and a hybrid, remote-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in finance transformation, finance operating model design, shared services, or performance improvement.
• Background in Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm.
• Strong network in the Boston market and Finance technology enablement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation workstreams across strategy, operating model design, and execution.
• Partner with CFOs to define target operating models, governance, and performance metrics.
• Redesign core finance processes across R2R, O2C, and P2P; deploy ERP, EPM, automation, AI, and analytics solutions.
• Drive delivery across multi-workstream programs with quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development and client relationship growth.
