Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager, Finance Transformation in the Power & Utilities sector. You will collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement sustainable finance programs, building future‑proof operating models that align with regulatory standards and leverage ERP, PowerPlan, and automation.

You will lead workshops with clients, manage timelines, and drive value through FP&A, cost management, and financial close improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in finance transformation and P&U industry is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan applications.

Responsibilities

PowerPlan implementation and integration with ERP and EAM systems.
Finance operating model design and process improvement.
Shared services and global services design and implementation; outsourcing advisory.
FP&A, financial planning and analysis; cost management and profitability analysis.
Finance systems and intelligent automation; financial close, consolidation and reporting.
Procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes; asset and project accounting.
