Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance-qualified transformation leader to join our HSO team. As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will build relationships with clients, inspiring and guiding them through their finance transformation journey — from envisioning to creating overall strategy, overseeing design and delivery, and providing ongoing support throughout their cloud adoption.

Your role will span three major phases in customer engagements:

1. Inspire and Engage: Conduct inspiring sessions on how HSO can support finance transformation within organizations. Demonstrate how process and technology can support strategic goals, linking changes to business and IT strategies, and justifying them with finance-specific metrics. Establish credibility to position HSO as a trusted advisor to CFOs.
2. Strategy Definition and Architectural Design: Support clients in transforming finance functions by understanding their constraints and supporting enterprise architecture phases. Develop board-ready project packs based on sound principles, enabling successful delivery. Provide ongoing advice to support business transformation and technology implementation.
3. Governance and Account Development: Support project implementation with finance-focused transformation services, including process redesign, reporting, and organizational restructuring.
