Role Responsibilities:
  • Connect business owners to the right funding options using our platform.
  • Educate clients and guide them through the lending process.
  • Build strong relationships and consistently close deals.
  • Use our training and tools to continuously improve your performance.
This Role Is Challenging By Design:

This is high-volume, outbound sales with consistent rejection. You'll spend your day prospecting, facing objections, and pushing deals forward. The role demands resilience, thick skin, and relentless follow-through. Not everyone succeeds, but those who do thrive financially.

We're Looking For:
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of persistence is a plus, but not necessary (B2B/Finance Preferred).
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and rejection.
  • Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-discipline to work independently without supervision.
  • Resilience and mental toughness to overcome daily challenges.
  • 100% commission mindset: you own your results, no excuses.
