A leading company is seeking a Senior Manager for Transformation to enhance their commercialization processes. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving strategic change across various teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business transformation and strong leadership skills.
Salary Range: $126,547.00- $196,148.00
Position Summary:The Product Engine Transformation Team is a critical driver of Exemplis’ end-to-end value chain evolution. As an internal catalyst, this team champions process optimization by identifying and executing improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, accelerate New Product Introduction (NPI), and improve overall profitability. Through strategic planning, solution design, and execution support, the team delivers actionable insights that drive cross-functional synergies and transformation across the business.
The Senior Manager, Transformation will lead the design, integration, and delivery of a high-performing commercialization workstream across the Product Engine. This leader will own the end-to-end mapping and optimization of commercialization processes—building the operational backbone that supports product strategy through to customer delivery.
You will spearhead large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives and ensure alignment across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other key teams. This role requires strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a collaborative spirit to effectively design, project manage and embed long-term process improvements.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Commercialization Transformation
Lead the end-to-end enhancement of the commercialization process, ensuring seamless integration from product strategy to final delivery.
Apply structured process design approaches to optimize upstream and downstream value chain collaboration.
Define, build, and implement solutions aligned with future-state business aspirations.
Strategic Advisory & Solutioning
Serve as an internal advisor to senior leaders in Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions.
Diagnose process pain points, develop solution options, and design scalable operating models.
Conduct detailed operational process mapping and capability modeling to inform recommendations.
Program & Workstream Leadership
Lead complex transformation programs including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, solution design, and implementation tracking.
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional workshops, working sessions, and readiness activities to support rollout and adoption.
Ensure timely delivery of workstreams while aligning with organizational goals and resource constraints.
Collaboration & Change Enablement
Build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization to support buy-in and adoption of changes.
Partner closely with cross-functional partners to ensure change management, communications, training, and org design are optimized to support end-to-end transformation success.
Document best practices and share learnings to drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Product Management, or related field.
6+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, strategy consulting, or operational excellence.
Deep understanding of, and experience in, the commercialization processes within the furniture, apparel, or retail value chain.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional transformation or process improvement initiatives.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to distill complexity into actionable steps.
Proven ability to drive alignment, facilitate working sessions, and lead multidisciplinary teams toward a shared vision
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Track record of building influence, credibility, and trust with senior stakeholders.
Agile, resourceful, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail with a pragmatic and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
