Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau).
• Ability to communicate with senior-level stakeholders and lead client meetings.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce technical and non-technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Support transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes.
• Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Create performance dashboards using Power BI, SharePoint, and Office tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial tools and templates.
• Conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state recommendations.
• Assist in creating project plans and manage timelines.
• Communicate task updates to executive clients.
• Collaborate to embed financial management standards into designs aligned with policies.
• Develop analytics and AI capabilities for financial use cases (Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Python, SQL).
