Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Finance Transformation Analyst to lead modernization of finance processes, data, and reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, Shared Services, and business stakeholders to drive automation, standardization, and data quality.

The role requires strong finance knowledge, technology and process improvement expertise, and the ability to work across business and technical teams on ERP implementations, Central Finance, and Group Reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance / business administration / economics / commerce / data analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Systems, FP&A, Accounting, or Business Analysis.
• 5+ years executing finance processes including financial close, consolidation, reporting, planning, or intercompany accounting.
• 2+ years experience performing reconciliation activities.
• 2+ years experience supporting business process improvement or system implementation projects.
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Macros, Pivot Tables, writing formulas).

Responsibilities

• Finance Transformation & Process Improvement: improve business processes, controls, and operating efficiencies.
• Systems & Technology Enablement: partner with Finance and IT on ERP and finance technology deployments; SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, Group Reporting deployments.
• Support system testing activities (SIT, UAT) and deployment readiness.
• Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities during system implementations.
