Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years leading enterprise system implementations.
• 10+ years of experience with implementation methodologies, SDLC, project governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Led at least 3 projects with cross-functional initiatives involving business teams, Digital Technology, vendors, and partners.
• 10+ years of knowledge of finance processes, financial controls, data flows, reconciliation, and system-enabled operations.
• 7+ years of demonstrated stakeholder management with leadership influence.
• Experience supporting global deployments and external implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial systems implementation workstreams from planning through deployment, stabilization, and hypercare.
• Analyze current-state finance processes and design standardized, automated future-state solutions.
• Design, validate, and govern system integrations, data flows, and dependencies.
• Drive testing strategies, defect management, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Lead data migration quality, validation, reconciliation, and auditability activities.
• Coordinate change management, training materials, and user adoption.
• Maintain governance, controls, and SOX/accountability throughout the lifecycle.
