Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation to design, implement, test and adopt future-state finance processes, focusing on ERP modernization with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, IT and external partners to translate business needs into actionable requirements and controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance transformation, ERP implementation, business analysis, process improvement, data analytics, audit, or related discipline.
Experience with ERP platforms; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management preferred; other large-scale ERP experience acceptable.
Advanced Excel skills; strong written and verbal communication; ability to work across Finance, IT, Operations and implementation teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements discovery with process owners and subject-matter experts; document business, functional, reporting, data, control, and nonfunctional requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
Maintain end-to-end traceability from approved requirements through solution design, configuration or development, testing, defect resolution, training, and business acceptance.
Document and analyze current and future-state processes, variants, roles, handoffs, controls, data inputs and outputs, system touchpoints, exceptions, and reporting dependencies.
Assess proposed D365 designs for finance-process fit, accounting impact, usability, scalability, standardization, integration dependencies, and downstream reporting or control consequences.
Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts across end-to-end processes; coordinate UAT readiness, evidence collection, defect triage, retesting, and business sign-off.
Perform data profiling, mapping review, exception analysis, and source-to-target validation for migrated master and transactional data.
