Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Finance Transformation Analyst to drive modernization of finance processes, data, and reporting. You will partner with Finance, IT, and Shared Services to support ERP implementations and automation initiatives across R2R, close, Group Reporting, and intercompany processes.

The role requires strong analytical finance expertise and the ability to work across business and technical teams to deliver scalable, standardized solutions from data to automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a finance-related field.
• 5+ years in Financial Systems, FP&A, Accounting, or Business Analysis.
• 5+ years with finance processes: close, consolidation, reporting, planning, intercompany.
• 2+ years in reconciliation; 2+ years in process or system improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Analyze current-state processes; identify simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities.
• Document requirements, flows, procedures, and functional specs.
• Support ERP and finance technology deployments and data validation.
• Partner with Finance and IT on ERP deployments and system testing activities.
• Contribute to data reconciliation and cutover activities during implementations.
