Qualifications

• Experience leading governance, risk, and control activities within large financial services organizations.
• Proven ability to design and implement automated controls and manage control implications of technology-enabled transformation.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive change across complex structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance framework for Finance transformation initiatives, establishing standards and reporting.
• Assess impacts on processes, controls, regulatory reporting and risk management.
• Drive design of automated and preventive controls for transformed processes.
• Partner with BRM, Compliance, Legal, and Technology Risk to address transformation risks.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise governance and policy requirements.
