Job summary

State Street seeks a Managing Director, Head of Data Product & Governance to lead certified, reusable Finance data products and embed governance by design across the data product lifecycle. You will drive One Data Foundation, centralizing data and reducing fragmented sourcing while partnering with technology and enterprise data teams.

• Experience delivering certified data products for finance stakeholders.
• Ability to define governance requirements and data ownership.
• Proven track record in scaling data products across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Finance data product strategy and roadmap across Finance, Treasury, Financial Risk and Sustainability.
• Advance One Data Foundation through centralized definitions and data reuse.
• Establish ownership, consumer needs, service expectations and measurable outcomes.
• Drive adoption while reducing duplicate sourcing and legacy platform reliance.
• Consolidate legacy data platforms and align investments with enterprise architecture.
• Translate regulatory and reporting requirements into scalable data products; embed governance by design.
