Job summary

OneTrust in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting to drive the evolution of the accounting organization at the intersection of accounting, controls and business transformation. The role leads internal controls, supports SOX readiness, and helps develop our AI governance and controls framework, partnering across Security, Legal, and Finance Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting, audit, financial reporting, or finance transformation experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve a scalable internal controls framework across accounting and finance processes.
• Partner with process owners to identify control gaps, evaluate risks, and implement remediation plans.
• Support SOX readiness, compliance programs, and internal audit activities.
• Develop control documentation, narratives, risk assessments, and testing methodologies.
• Establish governance around emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Monitor evolving accounting standards and assess their impact.
• Design controls around AI-generated outputs, model monitoring, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Data teams to develop an enterprise AI control environment.
• Systems Implementation & Process Improvement: support finance transformation initiatives including ERP, reporting, consolidation, and workflow automation.
• Serve as key accounting stakeholder during system implementations and enhancements.
